Support for the Jaara Bringing Them Home Camp is gaining momentum. The camp is having a short little respite, but the campaign for land justice is continuing, with benefit gigs set to go ahead in Melbourne. To find out
how you can get involved,email

Currently an awesome benefit gig in Melbourne is being organised,(!!) as well as a pancake stall.(!) Fundraising is needed for camp and camp-aign logistics and needs (such as phone rechaarge cards) a video camera, a van, and also, looking further ahed to the Corroboree for Sovereignty @ the Aboriginal Tent Embassy in January.
A convergence to the Lake Cowal Embassy in October, located in the Sacred Heartland of the Wiradjuri Nation, and under threat from a new cyanide gold mining operation, will also visit Jaara country to better understand the legacy of Indigenous dispossession and the dangers of cyanide gold mining in Jaara country
Support for the Jaara Bringing Them Home Camp has been growing at an amazing rate since Aunty Sue's arrest and release without charge, the SOS Conference and the camp's move to Lalgambook. (Mt.Franklin)
20 supporters met @ Friends of the Earth last night to discuss a future benefit gig.and Aunty Sue is grateful for the great turn out and momentum being generated.
Sue spoke of being able to feel our energy from Jaara camp!!, and sees the next phase of the campaign to be focussing on reclaiming and bringing back living Indigenous culture, with a nomadic lifestyle, popping up everywhere over Jaara Country, (!) and showing people her ancestral lands.
On an international scale, the camp has recieved messages of support from people in Argentina, the United Kingdom, Greece, Serbia,Nigeria, the United States, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands,as well as across this southern continent.
Jaara Bringing Them Home Camp is one of a number of Aboriginal Tent Embassies now set up, including The Aboriginal Tent Embassy in CAnberra, The Kuradji Embassy just out of Woolongong, as well as the return of the Tent Embassy to Victoria Park in Sydney, and the Lake Cowal Embassy.
Jaara Bringing Them Home Camp sends love out to everyone!
all respect to ya
