Meetings called by the Buddhist Peace Fellowship and the Trades Hall Basement Dojo of Melbourne, Australia
with Augusto Alcalde, from Argentina
The "new" world situation, Open meetings on: making a difference, action instead of reaction, rebel resistance, and the need to and how to sustain effectively the struggle for a world in which many worlds can abide? Meetings called by the Buddhist Peace Fellowship and the Trades Hall Basement Dojo of Melbourne, Australia with Augusto Alcalde, from Argentina Augusto is a zen teacher and healer in the Chinese tradition, a writer, poet and counter-information social activist, coordinates the "El Topo Net of Rebel Solidarities" (web 'hacktion' site: "Red De Solidaridades Rebeldes") and has been coming to Australia regularly for almost ten years. He cooperates with and supports several diffuse networks for social change, as the "Independent Indiano Movement" and the "Anibal Veron Unemployed Workers Movement" of Argentina.
Place: Basement Dojo at Trades Hall Council, 6.30 PM Thursdays 12th and 19th June 2003 (Present Time) downstairs from the entrance off Victoria street, near corner of Lygon street, Carlton. Melbourne, Australia, Blue Planet Earth.
